I used to think the Juicy purses were cute when I was 18 & in college. I even had a few of them. I also wore the Juicy track suits to class in undergrad. I have since sold the Juicy purses on ebay but still wear the sweatpants around the house. I've turned into a person who won't leave the house wearing sweatpants/tracksuits/etc but they're really comfy as pi's. That said-I think Juicy is more of an adolescent/teen thing so I can't ever see myself purchasing anything from them again.

I love their bags :3 I think the velour one's are suitable for younger girls as a starter bag. I got my first JC bag at 16. It was a black daphne satchel. I sold it when I got a daydreamer. I don't have any of their higher end bags (the leather ones) yet because I think it's kind of plain for the price you pay

What smell???

Wth?

No offense but that sounds ridiculous.my bags have no scents..

I love juicy bags, key fobs, and track suits.

Love the different materials, designs, and frankly, I love pink accents, and bows and crowns, and golden and silver and diamonds and textures...juicy has all of these.plus high quality thread to keep things sewn.

I love them all. I'm a grown adult and find those bags fun and whimsical. I'm not a bag snob and would not look down on anyone carrying those bags (old or young). As a matter of fact, if I see a woman carrying a JC bag, I'd probably give them the "thumbs up" .

Totally agree.

What makes juicy special is that it can totally capture everything feminine and soft and flirty and edgy and delicate about any female.

You just gotta get the right one for you!

I'm not really a fan, but i was given a bag as a present a while back and i found it to be quite functional for casual events, so i've actually been getting quite a lot of use out of it.

Juicy Couture is a terrible investment. The outlet stores look no different from the retail stores. Every discount store I go to has JC. It was a fad that some people are trying to convince themselves is timeless. Everything they make is terrible quality.

It's funny how JC lovers don't want to buy at retail price because deep down, they know JC isn't worth it. They wait until it's 1/3 of the retail price and then buy but they let ppl think they got it retail price. Lol. How about buying something that's appropriate and respectable for adults.

i love juicy couture. (25 here) and tbh, it's a practical first designer buy. whether some of you say they are a designer or aren't, i will stick with what i think.

i agree some velour & terry bags are geared more for the teenage years, but that being said, who cares? if you like it, it fits your personality and style, rock that. :P i think the leather bags are great quality. (however, yeah, the prices tend to suck. better then marc jacobs or even MARC by marc jacobs price tags.) i have several leather, satin and velour purses and got to say i enjoy them all. they've held up well too.

i think it's also the fact that discount retailers such as tj maxx, ross and marshalls get the line in at a discounted price that is a nice touch to adding them to a collection. i'm sorry, but with the economy the way it is now, i can't see myself dropping $1000 dollars on a louis vuitton or for that matter, any of the upscale "designers". discount stores offer brands like juicy, mk, rebecca minkoff, kate spade, etc at reasonable prices that can be afforded from time to time. so if an older woman, wants to wear a juicy bag, more power to them. the cutesy, kitschy flare is fun. leather/satin bags for work/business days. velour for lazy, beach, or running around the town. the variety juicy offers is nice. not just plastered with their label, you CAN get a functional, "adult" leather bag with little to no reference of juicy with the exception of the inside label.

it's kinda biased to read some of these post were people are really drilling at adult who enjoy jc. but if someone turned around and said to the bag snob that they're ridiculous for dropping over $1000 on a "quality" high end leather purse from, idk, chanel, then you are in the wrong because that's their personal choice.

I like Juicy's leather bags. This is a purple leather juicy that I love because it is spacious and has easy access magnetic closure. I get a lot of compliments on it.

Ummm.I buy juicy at regular price because the discounted stuff isn't as cute.

Deep down, I feel the discounted crap is crap, and got discounted for a reason.just like most discounted stuff.

Not everything makes its way into tjmaxx.duh.

A couple of years ago I was practically obsessed with JC but as I've gotten older, I don't care much for their handbags in particular. Somewhat juvenile and immature, age wise that is(not to say I'm the most mature thing around).

I do like their accessories such as the iPad, iPhone and e-reader cases. They have some cute items
