In terms of larger bags the Kelly seems I'm sure you know this but the Kelly becomes more comfortable and less heavy with a scarf as a strap for me hope it helps and again congrats ! That 40 cm outside Hermes with that outfit daaaaarrrlliiinggg I can only say perfection.

hi hanyeu, I personally think the weight of kelly 50 is ok on a leather bag this size. This will definitely weigh far more than a canvas for sure... but for a big leather bag... i have expected this 'burden'. 
but trust me... haha... i can handle it! LOL I'm not small. 
A birkin 50 which i had tried was much much heavier thank this.
i carried my kelly 50 from hotel to the train station to the airport, up the plane and back to home with another hand pushing my 4-wheelers luggage without any complaint. well.. perhaps i was too thrilled that i ignored the weight. I only had problem closing the flap without putting the bag down which is normal for all kellys i guess. haha.
