My LV Besace Mary Kate and my (I don't know it's name) gorgeous Chanel quilted tote both could use some fresh air but right now I seem to need my Francesco Biasia everyday!!!

I have several that have been sitting in my closet for over a decade for which I've never really found the right occasion. Most of them are old-skool Ferragamo, very structured and made of kid or fabrics I feel are rather delicate.

Although I consider these bags classic, and not dated, most of them are a bit too small to be useful on a daily basis. They're more like bags to take to weddings, dressy luncheons, and other upscale events. Alas, my current life as the mom of a toddler in a midwestern college town doesn't include many special occasions.

I miss New York!

I know about the too small thing. I always wind up buying something, it winds up being way too small and rarely sees the light of days after that. I've resigned myself at this point to buying shlep bags because at least they'll be used.

yes - my LV dalmatian pouchette I got for my 21st birthday and that was over a year ago, its such a limited and special bag that I feel I really need an occassion to wear it - I dont feel it is an everyday shopping bag:shame:and my CB pouchette which I got about 2 1/2 years ago - and I am unsure why I have not really used it - but I sure will do when the weather gets warmer :D
