I shouldn't but I do. I think the SAs put that pressure on me to buy sometimes and then when I get home, I'm like, what did I just buy?
elong, I feel like that waaaay too often and about other stuff besides bags - I think I'm very influenced by sales people in general - I need to work on that.

I called my SA today and told her I felt really bad about returning the bag - and I hoped our relationship was in tact - she was very forgiving of course, that's what I expected, I just called for ME - I needed to do it to feel okay with it. I'm still not sure about having a SA in the first place, there is something to be said for anonymity!

I feel guilty too, although mine may be partly a cultural thing. Anyway, I still return my things because I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on stuff that I don't want just because I don't want to make my SA disappointed. So I just return it, after a while the guilty feelings starts to go away, especially if I buy something else.

i always feel guilty..thats why i hardly ever return things. i think i prolly returned only like 5 items in my entire life...and they were all shoes bc they didnt fit me..(i learned to try shoes on from now on...haha)

i am such a sucker though, bc sometimes i really really really regret being pressured by SAs to make dumb purchases on bags i dont like that much....but im too much of a dumbass to go back and return it...:shame:

This is one of the reasons why I don't really have a designated SA that I go to. I just mind my own business, browse and buy when I see something I like. If thye ask if I need anything, I say no unless I have a quick question.

I have thought about it...and to be honest with you all...since I do have my FAVORITE SA at Neimans & she has become SUCH a great friend...I just call her up & say "Hey, I am going to bring this one back..." And she really doesn't mind what-so-ever!! I guess that's the benefit of being so close with her...pluse she lets me exchange for anything else & pulls strings for me...etc. She's AMAZING!!!

I always feel bad but then again, i figure that i shouldn't b/c if i spend so much on the bag, i should be completely happy with it. Therefore, you shouldn't feel bad.
Sending your SA a thank you note or comment card will be great.
