2001... the graffiti collection... i was flicking through a magazine and saw one of the girls from 7th Heaven carrying the alma and nearly died.. then about a week later i saw VB carrying the exact same bag.. that snowballed my obsession and i HAD TO HAVE THE BAG..

I had always seen them when I was in high school and was curious about them but never really looked into buying them. Then my senior year my now ex-boyfriend bought be a white multicolore pochette because we didn't go to prom. I was so in love with it. After I sold my horse I had some extra cash each month and was very happy to put some of it towards designers bags. I started out with Coach, but realized how much I didn't like them, so I sold them all and bought a cerises pochette and cles. Then a panda pochette, an epi pochette etc. I had a great pochette collection. Eventually I started moving on to the larger bags and haven't looked back since!

I always saw the pattern as a kid but didn't pay it any attention. All I kept hearing about was gucci this or that. I knew it was a brand up there with gucci. Fast forward when I was 23, I was looking at coach bags on the internet, (I still love coach) and my coworker comes over and says I love coach but I really want an Louis vuitton. I was like , what's that, it sounds familiar. And she told me how they came out with the multicolor. She brought it up on ebay and I was hooked ever since. I still don't own any multicolor either.

Hooking me on LV was the MC line. I remember looking through ebay page after page trying to figure what was real and how to tell them apart from others. Although I wasnt my first bag *the mono speedy was* I'm still inlove with the mc line.

My DH bought me my first LV - Mono Musette Tango and Mono Pochette Accessoires eight years ago. He wanted to buy me something very special and it was TOTALLY unexpected as I just mentioned how lovely the Mono bags were as I was looking through magazines. I never expected to be able to buy something so luxurious in my life!

Well, he has since started an obssession that has gotten worse every year... poor guy!

Wow, I can't believe my obsession just started in Feb. of this year with my Recital. (Valentine's present from DH). I've always admired LV and love that it is a classic. Next I need a Speedy! :D

OMG!! that happens to me too :D, i remember researching the MC line sooo hard because it's such an expensive item to me and i don't wanna be fraud. through searching, i found another bags that i love along the way, and now i have like 10 ebay searches in my laptop's bookmark... :rofl:

Hey! I remember this! This happened last year or year before.
We (in another board) made jokes about looking out for dirt cheap authentic bags on ebay :rofl:
