You'd be lucky if they even put your name down. Where I live they don't even take wish list or order. All the SAs tell me keep on checking back and don't even take my phone number, lol. I don't even know if I should keep on going back to see them or just quit ???!!!

I bought a belt kit last week, and she told me it should get to the store by monday this week. And call me when it arrives...... but never never never called. I walked to the store today and picked it up

Hi I was very disappointed with SA today. She told me that she will call me back after she asks other booutique to charge send. I waited for a day. I called her 1.5 day after and she just said 'she found one'. Yes, I know it already! Then she said I needed to buy it first, that is totally fine with me. She said she will send me a doc via email since I do not have a fax machine, which she told me to do in a few mins. I have not received anything after 4 hours. I called other stores to do a search, then SAs told me that the one I am looking for is sold out now. Whatt???? Does SA put the item on hold even before the charge send doc is completed?
How can the item be sold within 1.5 day + 4 hrs after the call when the SA has promised to email you the doc upon immediately?
Although the item was in another boutique, the moment your SA make a deal with her fellow counterpart SA from another boutique, she should have made the reservation and say that a customer is highly interested in the bag.
The only situation I can think of is there was another customer looking at the bag upon the time of call. However, I do not think it happens this way. If it is, that SA could have told your SA the bag is being reviewed. Your SA would then should inform you.
This is imho, unacceptable. Poor communication. Email to the SM about your displeasure. Request to put in priority for a reservation of the same bag.
Thank you IFFAH. I am so disappointed since I was expecting it so much. I was hoping there was some kind of miscommunication and my SA asked the other SA in a different location to put it on hold. My SA said she could email the doc, is that really possible? I read that someone who did not have a fax machine run to Fedex to photocopy her card and stuff to fax it over from there. That sounds like she does not even need a doc to charge send, and the photocopy of the cards etc is suffice. I wonder if my SA would use an excuse like 'Oh I found out that I cannot email the doc-you need to use a fax machine, that is why I did not contact you'. If that is the case, I think she still needs to contact me to tell me about it so that we can arrange something else, and meantime, she should hold the item. What do you think?
