I thought I would let everyone know that I brought my bag back into the same boutique today after work and they sent it off to get repaired. The SA I spoke with was very nice and felt horrible about what had happened the 1st time. Since I don't live in the states I told her this experience was a bit of a hassle, b/c I had to cross the border and pay toll etc etc. She said that she would speak to her manager and see if maybe they could reinburse me my 20.00 shipping fees for all my hassels. Even if they can't it's fine this SA was very kind and apologetic.. thats enough for me.
