Good that you can get a price adjustment How does that work do you have to show a receipt and go back in person or do they do it automatically from your account details?
Its with original receipt or email receipt, and the actual bag. In person, at store. I have to go back tomorrow....I didn't notice I wasn't sent the email copy. They normally always ask if I want it. I was using my bag today too.

Are u in Canada? Did u pay full price last week? I am wondering whether to keep or return my Patricia bag and sneakers but if they did further markdowns i may keep everything. I went last Saturday and it was only 50% off the factory retail price which was $250 for the Patricia bag and $123 for the sneakers. Not great prices.
 
Everything was extra 50% off today! Had to go back to pick up things for my cousin. Good thing I got a price adjustment on things I bought last week

Wow I didn't know they would do a price adjustment. I just bought the red wallet for my husband last Sunday. Too bad we already were at the Outlet yesterday. I am not sure my husband would want to go back again.

Yes, in Ottawa. I looked at their return policy at cash, and my receipt....its actually written on there. [emoji1]

But it's within 14 days only...so everyone still has time
 
I went and took back the NASA Rex hangtag I was meh about and of course the manager said that they will no longer be accepting returns or exchanges for items from the full price stores. Since her and the SA clearly loved the hangtag more than me she was going to make an exception. That and probably because I was going to exchange it for a higher priced item. I got the last black passport cover in the store and when the SA put it in the small Coach bag with the Mickey stickers I kind of chuckled and told them the tale of people's sticker dilemma on here. The manager said "Oh! Hold on a second" then went in the back and brought me out a sheet of the smaller and a sheet of the bigger stickers. She they had plenty in the back and would be more than happy to give them to a Disney fan. I put them on my red kitchen cabinets, lol.
 
I ordered two luggage tags and a shirt on the first day of the sale from the website. I still haven't received my order so I called customer service for an update. I was given the excuse that my address was deemed as being undeliverable by the lost prevention department. Which makes zero sence to me due to the fact that my mom ordered a wallet a couple of dsys later and had it sent to my address which is the same address that was used in my Disney order. I asked why the wallet was delivered but my Disney order was cancelled and was given an incorrerent excuse with a string of apologies for the mistake. I'm a coach fan that has recently moved from coach to Gucci and Louis vuitton and a mickey fanatic. This will be the last time that I order from this website due to this error. Which makes me upset cause at the end of the day, coach is my first love. I hope that everybody is enjoying there items.
