Nope sadly they say they operate differently to the US stores no price adjustments no refunds only replacements

I haven't had an opportunity to get to the nearest outlet yet but I'm very interested in the bandana print tote. Has anyone purchased this tote yet?

The material is more sturdy than the regular tote. Its reversible too. The regular black tote I got has smooth leather, so it marks easily. The bandana tote is more carefree.

The Coach store in Vacaville, California has several of them in-stock. You can try calling them and see if they will do a charge send?

I have no idea how the outlets over here work have called and they are meant to be ringing me back outlet policy seems to be no refunds only exchanges????!

Ohh shoot! That sucks. My outlet here does full refunds up to 30 days. The items aren't cheap! People need some time to decide if their purchases work with their wardrobe. That's super unfair!

I think it is unfair to have different policies in different countries but who do I complain to they never reply on FB

Hubby and I made a mini day trip today to the Livermore Outlets. It was our first visit there and will be our last. It is hands down the LAMEST Outlet I've ever been to!

Half the stores are not even authentic outlet stores, but actual retail stores that operate there to get the foot traffic.

Did you have a particular question about the Coach store or the Disney stuff? They WERE fairly well stocked with the Disney stuff, and the sales staff was fabulous. However, they had only a handful of Deletes -- a few of which are available on the FOS, like one of the Swaggers and a Whiplash, I think. They also had two Dinkys (both were "furry")...the Deletes were 50% off, but the Delete wall depressing. It was also my first time ever in a Coach Outlet brick and mortar store -- so everything in there looked familiar from the online outlet stuff. And since I've ordered a few Disney things from the FOS, which are en route, there was nothing I was interested in.

Sorry to ramble but since you asked about Petaluma or Livermore I thought I'd reply. If you hadn't asked, I wouldn't even post about my unremarkable visit there. I'd say they had full stock of the Disney items, if that's what you were wondering about.

O yeah! I've seen this before.

Kind of odd that there's 2 Mickey peace signs out at the same time.....it's not like this is the 60's or 70's. Since the Anya is 50% off, I'm thinking it was out first. I did a double take when I was perusing Colette's 50% offerings and saw that.
