So I was shocked that some of the Disney stuff isn't even leather - my friend has a tote and it looks like pvc!!! I have seen a backpack at and a penny and the leather doesn't feel or look great compared to the FP glovetanned leather. The creed says items are made of the finest materials where the FP says glovetanned leather? The backpack has a fabric back and only leather on the main part of the bag and the interior is fabric too? I'm quite shocked for the prices tbh.

That said I have bought items that are new and weren't FP like the multi coloured scarf, ears coin purses, a cosmetic bag and things I couldn't get on the FP range like phone cases men's wallets and passport covers

That's disappointing. I haven't bought an outlet bag in years. I bought one a few years ago and returned it due to the quality of the leather. Even some FP items that aren't 1941 don't have the best leather. I am not surprised they aren't using leather lining. That is pretty standard for items at a lower price point. Are you happy with the items you got?

I'm just happy I picked up so many FP items tbh lol I guess I was just shocked at how inferior the quality was compared to the FP range as the prices are actually quite high for what they are imo - id never spend that on a non leather bag - anyway I have got what I got and will see how they wear - a lot of items are for gifts for others during the year anyway and I'm sure they will like them. Had to have the coin purses for gifts so sweet

Thanks for the pics! I'm thinking of taking a half day for work to go in. I've seen on other purse groups on facebook this might sell out so I'm afraid I'll miss out. It seems to be mostly the accessories I want but who knows what will happen in person.

And sorry if this is a dumb question, but are the Disney items coming to the outlet the same as what sold originally in the retail store? Quality wise/etc? Thank you!

No, they aren't the same as the FP items. They are made for factory. Earlier in this thread are some posts referring to the quality.

Edit -- I wonder if they're sticking with only Mickey to keep things simple -- I'm sure other Disney characters would be in demand as well.

Twins on this FP version, but It's still got tags on it -- someone may receive this as a gift.
