:yahoo:Had a wonderful experience from Sam of Haute Gallery. The first reseller I tried for pre loved. Transaction was smooth flow and delivery is only 5 days (so the wait wasn't so bad) and it was nicely packaged! It even came with a personal note. Sam is so patient and sweet. There will definitely be more transactions to come!

Hi Everyone!

We are still the same owners of Luxury-Shops.com. We did recently change not only the layout but the entire admin tool and shop software to introduce more features and an easier checkout. Unfortunately the developer we were using left us with a not so optimal half-finished project that is slower than the original site. We are working as fast as we can to get it completed and working much better than the original site...so please bear with us...as frustrating as it is for you guys its 10 times more frustrating for us!!! :cursing: As soon as it is working at 100% we will let you all know!

This is good to know.... I've been trying to log into your site several times recently, but It is much slower, and even worse, when I want to see H bags, and I try and click on "bags" and then "Hermès" it just won't respond, so I give up! I'm glad you're sorting it out!

Don't give up! :nuts: that feature works now...once you select Hermes and bags just wait several seconds for it to load. Then the subsequent pages will load a little faster. Another option is to just check the new arrivals daily! Once the site is working properly it will be much better for the customer than the old site was...even if that is hard to believe at this point. :D

^^ That's good to know we'd be able to navigate better in near future! Can't imagine how much to do for you guys..., but as a fan of your site, I look forward to seeing it completed! :flowers:

Does anyone have any experience buying from "inside the orange box?" I tried to paste the weblink but only shows this...www.******************.com. WEIRD!!! If you search on Yahoo, the link is accessible.

That's not a good sign! Agh! I guess I answered my own question! LOL!

There are many posts here if you do a search. I have complete confidence in Jean. A wonderful seller IMO.

Go one page back, someone just asked the same question. I've had many flawless transactions with Jean and I strongly recommend her. She's located in Texas.

Jean is one of the best sellers I have ever worked with!

If you go back a few pages to Page 314, posts 4696, 4697, 4698, 4699 and 4700, you can find the more wonderful feedback for Jean.
