I've been in contact with the seller rc-fifth-ave about the fake Kelly she is selling and have explained why it is fake but she didn't take it off. Personally, this seller lost my vote of trust.

Could we pls update the good/bad seller list? I have been trawling eBay for some scarves lately and have come across some sellers who are good, as found here from a search of their names. The only one that comes to mind now (my poor memory, lol) is cagolandaise. He/she always have some very lovely scarves and I think C, you replied to someone that they sell legit H scarves. I'm thinking of buying from them but noticed their name has not been yet included on the reputable sellers list.

I have purchased from SandiaExchange and want to say that not only are her prices great, but the Birkins she sells are in great condition and authentic. Such great service. I tried to purchase from Timeless Pieces recently and was so disappointed that I had been blocked from bidding, just because last year I asked a couple of questions on a Birkin they were selling and decided last minute not to bid (this was before I knew about this thread and was nervous about the authenticity of the bag as they had a disclaimer that it had an "S" scratched in the bag as it was a sale item). It's not like I bid and then did not go through with the sale. For such a huge expense you would think that they would understand that potential customer would have questions. I thought it was ridiculous to block me for that one incident and it wasn't like I harassed them with questions. Their loss because I have gone on to buy a couple of bags.

That's a shame because I've dealt with Timeless Pieces on quite a few occasions (purchased a HAC, a Bolide, a most fabulous cashmere coat, etc) and have to tell you that my experience was absolutely WONDERFUL each time! She even throws in little extras - and her descriptions are right on target.

I've yet to purchase from Sandia but I've heard nothing but great things about them :)

Ditto, that happened to me about two years ago when I was asking questions about a Constance. She really heaped abuse on me in her response. I was rather shocked at the time because I had bought from her three times before! I thought it was really uncalled for. I wasn't asking an authenticity question either because I know her stuff is real. I agree with you, "their loss" and I buy from other sellers instead! If Martine can't stand the heat, then get out of the kitchen:nuts:

Wanted to add that she cancelled my bid and I was the only bidder at the time!

^^^ I agree with the ladies above about Sandiaexchange: I recently bought from her the most gorgeous Box Thalassa blue Birkin, which was my DREAM bag, and I finally found it...at a great price aswell!!!:yahoo:

Duna, that was a great bag. I bid and won it the first time, then had my wallet stolen with my credit cards so couldn't pay her for the bag. I paid for the listing and then she relisted and you were the lucky one to get it. It was gorgeous. I then went on to buy the rouge box calf that she sold 1 week later. There's an example of a great seller with smarts. Despite my first unfortunate incident, she was gracious the second time around even encouraging me to bid again. As opposed to penalizing me. I would buy from her again and again.

Thank you GraceKelly for sharing your experience. At least I know it wasn't just me. I have no doubt that Timeless Pieces sells authentic items, but any high end retailer or re-seller knows that service with a smile equals greater potential sales in the end. Good sellers are helpful not only when the money flows in without questions, but also when customers have legitimate questions before parting with their well earned money.
