A little update:
I just spoke to Coach Customer Service and they told me that even if I return it, they can not guarantee that the new item will have the C's alligned as they are all packaged when they are taken from the wrehouse....
I suppose its not so bad as to loose my sleep over it
But I must admit I was always under the impression that Coach means quality.... Oh well. Never mind... maybe I should just turn to LV or Fendi from now on:s
