I am a firm believer of trying out styles before you shell out a few thousand (or however much the ring is....it is amazing btw). I couldnt find a similar one, i really like the colored stone skull and the eye patch. But I found ones that are semi close on ebay. Again, I wouldnt wear the ebay ones regularly because none of them struck me, but if you wanna test out the style, here's what I found:

Ann's Fabulous Finds offers a very cool skull ring, you can get it in either white gold or yellow. Lots of diamonds, and a good- sized ring and the price I didn't feel was bad at all. I don't have the site in front of me but I thionk it was something like 1650.00 I got one in the white gold and I love it! I get lots of comments when I wear it.
