I am Canadian too, and I purchased a My Lady Dior in NYC last month. It was $3450 USD plus tax. It definitely wasn't cheaper to buy there when you factor in the exchange rate and the duties you have to pay when you return to Canada. If I were you, I'd purchase it here.

Not sure about HK about medium Diorama is £2500 after tax. In heathrow you'd get around 17.5% off if you fly outside the EU
