According to my SA, the price drop is applicable to ALL handbags.

Yes! The charge is $25 for big boxes I think. Smaller items shipping charge is around $15. The current prices are approx. 10% less than the Dior stores in other states.

It depends on whether you have a Dior boutique in the state you're living in. No sale tax if there is no store in your state.
