That's interesting. I didn't think the quality on the one I received was any different from the previous ones. I have the small gold hologram Rexy, two trixy's, a medium red/burgundy Rexy and the large floral Rexy. I compared the leather (thickness, quality) and construction of it and it seems just as good as these. Maybe they were made differently for each location.

My Simon Rexy is great quality. Better quality than my gold Hologram Rexy.

I haven't seen it IRL, but I do really like it. Rexy, studs, padlock, leather flower? Love it all.

No store near me so I can't check things out, but I love the way it looks in the stock photo. it even has a mini horse & carriage on the studded leather 'fringe'.
