Oh you're making me sad now. I wish LP had never changed and still came out with a new Dylan Medium Tote every season. I looked forward to that every year! This page has some of my old bags on it. [emoji22]

What kills me is that not only is Dylan being shafted, the leather has changed, they also swapped out the cute zebra lining for bland single color polyester lining. How the mighty have fallen. Sigh :/

I am usually just a lurker on all the forums. I just so enjoy looking at everyone's posts and purchases! [emoji162] With that being said, I recently purchased a few bags from LP, and I could totally tell the difference between the older leather and the newer leathers. For the most part, it's still think it's one of the softest chewiest leathers think I have ever felt. However, I was totally turned off by the non closure of the silver or gold circle hardware.
These rings should be soldered, or at least pushed together tightly closed. this speaks to the quality of a bag

Wasn't finished with my, I hit the send button instead of return[emoji38]. Anyway, I will only purchase items in the future from this brand only if it has no hardware at all on the. This pretty much means maybe a wallet or other small accessory. Just had to comment on this. It may be possible others feel the same as I and have given up on the brand, which I too hate to see. Ok, getting off my high horse now! [emoji38][emoji38][emoji38][emoji38]

Hi how are u? I last bought a few satchels and wallets and I like the backpacks right now, but the girl there says they are coming back with the old leather in a new Dylan tote in December. I wish I had known u had bass for sale. Still wanting brown!! Watch for the new Dylan!!

Hi Lynn, I'm doing ok, how are you? I have been using Saddleback Leather now. I sold all my Dylans and will be surprised if I see the old Dylan leather come back. I love my Saddleback backpack a lot. It holds a ton. Take Care :smile1:

Glad you are doing well . Amazing how things have changed on this forum. What is a Saddleback Backpack? Who makes that bag? I was looking at the distressed one and the black leather one in the LP backpacks on their site but did not get one cause I am still trying to sell my line and beige satchels and wallets. They said they are starting with black with two zippers and see how it sells . I told her the girls miss the old leather . They know. I have totes with zippers and Hunter's and the leathers are great! I can't carry heavy bags so those are fine for me.
