I also did call my coach store and they said that the whole borough/capsule collection was excluded from pce and promotions, they said it didn't have to do with what size the bag was...BOO! I would have been able to get it if it was 25% off!!!


the bag I got is a Carla mancini. it's actually a beautiful bag and I am happy with it, BUT, it's not a borough so it's not total love.... : (

Call and talk to someone else! I bought a Borough yesterday in store with PCE. I was told every size but the mini could be purchased with PCE. Hope it works out!! Facebook PCE works until the 27th.

Call someone else. My SA at coach called me today and told me boroughs are 25% off with pce!

Could you guys share with me where you bought it? Any of the sas that I've spoken to have told me NO!! I could actually do it if I could get the 25%! If you have to PM me that would be great! Thanks!

I called JAX and said I wanted to use my PCE on a borough. No problem.

I think it was a very recent change. Maybe the SAs you talked to haven't found out about it yet. Maybe you could ask them to check again.

ETA: Of course, now the PCE is expired, but maybe given the circumstances, they would let you use it.

I agree with everyone else, you should call again. I paid full price for my Borough on
Fri. On Sat. I got a call that the SAs just found out that you can now use the PCE on the med and large Bs. They did a price adjustment for me.
If you have a store that is nearby and they are still saying no, just go in. They will find out that the PCE will work for the B in their system when you check out.
I asked about the Borough wallets and they weren't sure if they were included so they just tried it and it worked.
I can't imagine they don't know the policy change by now though.
