DAY TWO of ongoing Macy's saga. I spent an hour trying to get through to a human at the Galleria Macy's, and was about to pull my hair out when finally I got someone in juniors and asked to be put through to a manager. They eventually found the lady I spoke with last night, and she told me she had written my number down wrong which is why they never called back. UGH!
So, the verdict is that I have to order the brown from the website and she is issuing a pick up tag from UPS. Next week UPS will pick up the current bag, and it should arrive back in Dallas about five days later. She will refund that bag and my shipping, then when the NEW bag comes in, I am supposed to fax the info to her and she will give me the discount plus another 10% off for all the trouble.
