I'm so bummed... someone stole my Swarovski cocktail ring before it was even delivered to me! Last night I checked the tracking and saw that UPS was notifying Swarovski because the box had been tampered with and was empty. I called Swarovski this morning and the rep told me they would investigate. I really hope they will send me a replacement ring ASAP!

Oh no! Sorry it's happened. I'm sure they will replace your ring, because it was stolen way before you could enjoy it. Bad, bad people took your ring :nogood:

That sucks!
I hope you get your replacement ring soon. It doesn't sound like it will be a problem, since UPS contacted Swarovski to let them know what had happened.

Thanks, ladies! The Swarovski rep just left a message letting me know they are shipping out a replacement today. He apologized and acknowledged that thefts unfortunately do happen, especially this time of year. They are looking into it with UPS. I hope they catch the thief but I don't know how hard they'll pursue it considering it wasn't a high dollar item.

Hi ladies,

Sadly, I still do not have my ring. I've made several phone calls to Swarovski and each time the reps told me it was en route and to please be patient. Well, I called again today and the rep let me know that all orders sent on Nov. 22 somehow went missing and are unaccounted for. They're not sure what happened but they believe they will eventually be delivered as some of the tracking numbers are starting to show some movement.

At this point I'm thinking maybe I wasn't meant to have this ring. :shucks:

Yes this is really bad news with the I3 clarity, those stones could crack or even fall apart real easily, and except really bad quality in general at this price, bad workmanship, etc, however, as a gemologist I would still advise you to much rather get natural stones than Swarovski glass but I would opt for neither, if you had spent a couple of hundred more you would even be able to get a Tiffany ring with a diamond, albeit tiny but rather that than something like this, save up if you must but get better, never get I clarity grade, SI is perfectly fine but nothing lower than that. I had I3 also and it did indeed look horrid and had no sparkle, it had no time to crack or explode as I owned it for a very short time but I would never buy something like that again. Go smaller if you have to but get quality, this is especially true for stones and workmanship.
