Personally, I love the style of the ring you are considering. However, I would get a Swarovski before I would buy that particular ring because of concerns about the diamond quality. You'll have a lovely sparkly ring if you go with Swarovski, which to me is preferable to dim diamonds.

I love this ring but like few ladies said before it will look better with Swarovski crystals. To be honest I used to have similar one when I was younger. It was silver with Sworovski crystals and it was sparkly like crazy :smile1: I have to try to find it

I like the style of the ring but I think you might be disappointed with the I3 quality diamonds. I would spend the money on white sapphire or topaz, personally.

I like the style of the ring too. If the diamonds aren't pretty and sparkly though, definitely send it back. Swarovski has a ridiculous amount of sparkle, and will look much prettier than dirty/cloudy diamonds.

For the price $140 is pretty cheap, you can return if it does sparkle. My MIL gave me a ring like that but Swarovski crystals and plated gold. It sparkles crazy.

This is set in SILVER. You're paying gold prices for frozen spit diamonds in silver. I'd pass. I too would rather have Czs.

Thanks so much, ladies - I truly appreciate your feedback! I went ahead and ordered this one from Swarovski:

I love the Swarovski version. I think Swarovski is worth the money!

I agree! Swarovski offers such gorgeous pieces at affordable prices. I should have just purchased the crystal ring to begin with. I found a 15% off coupon, so the Swarovski ring was only about $13 more than the diamond ring. It will be interesting to compare the two rings before returning the diamond one.

I think you had very good intentions trying to go for the real deal. I hope you will be happy with your purchase. I hope you didn't get discouraged.

Not at all -- I knew you ladies would give me good advice! :hugs:

I was initially thinking natural diamonds would be better than crystals, not realizing the quality would be so horrible. At such a low price, I knew it wouldn't be the best quality, but I didn't realize just how bad it would be. Everyone's posts made me realize that a Swarovski ring is a much better choice than a poor quality diamond ring. I truly appreciate everyone's feedback!!

I'm so bummed... someone stole my Swarovski cocktail ring before it was even delivered to me! Last night I checked the tracking and saw that UPS was notifying Swarovski because the box had been tampered with and was empty. I called Swarovski this morning and the rep told me they would investigate. I really hope they will send me a replacement ring ASAP!
