Diamond by the Yard Necklace

I want one for my bday coming up. Most jewelry stores don't carry it. I've asked for diamond by the yard or station necklaces and they have no idea what I am talking about. The only jewelry store that did carry it was carlyle but now they are closed. I never really got to take a close look at it cause I was not interested in them at that time.
Can anyone please post pics of the back? I want to see how it is set. If anyone has a roberto coin station necklace can you please post pics also?? TIA

If I remember correctly, someone over on Pricescope had one made by Whiteflash. It came out cheaper than Tiffanys, with larger and more diamonds.

I have a dbty necklace custom made by Whiteflash. I specified the melee size and spacing to "decorate" my pendant. Feel free to PM me for suggestion of metal type, melee size, and spacing. I do not have a photo of the backside of the bezel melee handy, and shall be glad to take one when I have a chance. The dbty diamond is basically a small diamond set in a ring-like setting with both the crown and pavillion (including the cutlet) exposed. Yes, they flip constantly, but it is difficult to readily tell which side is which, except the crown side seems to sparkle more (or is it my imagination?). Anyway, as long as I see sparkles, I do not care which side they face. Do I?
In general, the dbty is very dainty, because the daimond melees are supposed to look as if they float in air. Due to the small size of the melees, you really need diamonds that are well cut in orde to see them readily from a distance. Mine are 7-pointers (0.07 ct), and all you see are small spots of sparkles and fire from a distance.

The top 2 diamonds are flipped, with the cutlet side facing up. The 3rd diamond on the left is on its side, so you can see the sideview. The diamonds on the right side are all facing upward, with the crown facing us. Either brown or pavillion, up or down, the dbty diamonds sparkle.

I have two different Tiffany DBTY necklaces... one that has 5 diamonds on an 18" (I think) chain) and the really long one that you can double. The long one comes with a thicker chain. I always wear the shorter one with five diamonds, even in the shower.
The diamonds always flip. Always. Short chain, long chain, they flip. I wish they didn't, the necklaces would look so much better.

and totally forgot to post. I love it. They did a great job. The DBTY necklace is 30 inches and the single diamond necklace is 18 inches...

I do wear layered. I have worn the 30 in long by itself, doubled by itself and/or with
the single diamond. I had Whiteflash set my larger diamond so the 14K whitegold chain would match the 30" DBTY they would make. I totally love the way they set the
small diamonds on the DBTY 30" but I don't really like the setting on the single diamond.
It is a 1 carat round and I think the setting it too think and makes it look small. I am going to have it redone by a jeweler in town. I think it is hard to work with a jeweler
out of town. I guess I could have driven to Houston but......I didnt! I still love the look.

I really want a DBTY necklace...I love how delicate and classic they are! I am trying to hold out for a single Tiffany in sterling silver, as I know anything more than that will be pretty extravagant for the hubs (at least while we're saving up for a baby and a house!!), but I am super tempted by the .20 cttw sterling silver one on Ross-Simons right now...it's an amazing price and I could get it RIGHT NOW without waiting. I'd probably still ask for the Tiffany DBTY single for Christmas (and maybe the earrings for our anniversary!) What do you ladies think? I could use a little bit of sparkle to pick me up.
