Desperately searching for a Mulberry?????

Hi Birkin girl - get the Nelly fast
this is my first choice but its impossible for me to find it in US storesi settled for the Alexa instead
but what a fab bag to "settle" for- I think you got the best deal- Im not a fan of the leather on the Neeley
i love the style but i didn't really like the leather on the bays. If you really like the bag then go for it! If you are having doubts then maybe someone else can give you better advice than i can!

I've been hunting high and low for a regular sized Alexa in either black or ink. But have yet not came across one online or in the Mulberry store, Glasgow. As I live north of the border, it's a bit of a trek to get to any of the Outlets or Factory shop in Shepton Mallet.
If any of you lovely ladies are dropping into any of these outlets and see a black or ink Alexa, could you let me know. It would be greatly appreciated

TBH - these bags are rarely found in the outlets, and when they do get them tend to get snapped up right away. The ink was a last season colour so your best bet would be Ebay (make sure you get it authenticated on here first). Black is still available, if you give Mulberry customer service a call (the number is on the Mulberry website) they will be able to tell you which stores have the black Alexa available. All the stores offer a mail order service. HOF are also stockists of Mulberry so you could try them too.

If you go into the Glasgow store & ask them to check their system, they should be able to tell you where/if a black one is available. The lovely ladies in House of Fraser should be able to help you too.
^From asking at the 2 NYC stores, I'm not really holding out any hope for the OL, unless I find it on ebay. All the sales associates I talked with said there wouldn't be any more OL. But they do have more of the regular oak coming in. It was sad because they had a few clutches in OL, and one large shoulder bag, and it was SO pretty!
