Desperate need for advice

I like the smaller one for everyday wear. I have gotten tired of larger jewelry as I’ve gotten older, not the other way around.

I may be late to the party but I prefer the larger one. It’s not too flashy and it can set off casual clothes as well as hold its own in fancier settings.

@Mpill I haven't decided yet, so I really appreciate your input. I haven't had the chance to compare them side by side.
The boutique is expecting a new shipment within the next couple of weeks.
Hopefully, I will be able decide there and then.

In general, I like Bold and statement jewelry pieces.
But in this case I want something discreet because of the sentimental value of the purchase.
I want to wear it for the rest of my life without ever taking it off - that's why I'm being too picky.
Tossing it in a drawer when I feel it is too trendy is not an option..
It looks perfect with winter clothes but too cute with summer clothes.(I know the pendant is larger than Kelly pendant) .
I don't want cute when I'm older.

Which size looks better on me for everyday use?
They are both Graff pave butterfly pendant.
The bigger size is more age appropriate (almost 50) but does it look too flashy for an everyday pendant.?
Whereas the smaller looks a bit childish as if borrowed my daughter pendant.
I can't make up my mind.

I prefer the smaller one on you.
