Thanks so much! I'm so excited too! I wish I didn't have the weekend to think about it though because I have looked at more bezel set diamonds and am now wishing I had gone ahead with the bezel setting. If they didn't start any additional work on the ring since I saw the wax would I be a total pain/add additional cost if I changed to a bezel setting? This is my first time having something custom made so even when I went to see the wax I wasn't sure if I could technically make any changes without causing a big hassle. When is it too late to make a change?
It really depends where your jeweler is in the process. IF they have not started casting, then I would think your changes can be made. Though the bench jeweler may 'moan n' groan' - I wouldn't hesitate to at least ask. And don't feel badly, because as I said before, once cast, it's yours and there would be additional charges then. If you can catch it before hand, there should not be more $$ added to the current charge.

I finally got it and I LOVE it!!! I went ahead and set it with prongs (but not the v-tip) and with milgrain/engraving. I am in love with the final product! It sparkles like crazy and I can't stop staring at it! Btw, for reference the center stone is 2.01ct and I am a sz. 5 3/4 finger.
