Oh my. . . I normally think Denise is beautifulShe's getting unhealthily thin. I hope she stops that.

She has serious 'meth face'..not saying the gauntness is from drug use, but her face has a meth user look..

One of the downsides of having an oval face and being thin and over 40 is that a person looks gaunt as they age. Additionally, keeping her hair long pulls her face down so she really needs to re think the hair. A little well placed dermal filler would look nice too but kudos to her if she does not want to do that.
IKR! Very sweet of her. And taking care of 5 kids... that seems like quite a handful.

With their mother Brooke Mueller in rehab, Denise Richards has welcomed her ex-husband Charlie Sheen's young sons into her home.
And it seems the big-hearted mother-of-three has also welcomed them into her family - with three-year-olds Bob and Max spotted enjoying a day out with her father on Wednesday.
Herb was spotted keeping the children entertained by taking them on an outing to an upmarket outdoor shopping mall in Los Angeles while she continues her 19th rehab stint.
The boys are the younger half-brothers of Denise's daughters Sam, eight, and Lola, six.
But canny Denise made sure it was her father who looked after the youngsters while she went walkabout in nearby Santa Monica.
She is for the siblings to forge a closer bond, and stepped in to help after Brooke, 35, sought treatment for her latest struggles with substance abuse.
Brooke admitted herself into rehab again last Friday after she was found 'unresponsive while napping' at her Los Angeles home.
She is said to be addicted to the prescription drug Adderall - used to treat ADHD - and her lawyer admitted that she has entered a treatment facility to try and finally kick her 'lifelong battle with drug addiction'.
It may not be the most conventional arrangement but the troubled mother turned to Denise to look after her little boys.

Sheen is also said to be pleased with this arrangement as he is unable to care for his sons due to work commitments.
TMZ also claim that last time Brooke had to go to rehab - and that this is her 19th time - the boys then too stayed with Denise , who was previously married to Sheen, 47.
Denise reached out to Sheen in April last year about looking after the twins after video footage emerged of Brooke trying to pawn a watch and a stereo in the seedy LA suburb of Inglewood.
Denise is also said to be keen that the boys spend more time with their sisters including her youngerst Eloise, who Richards adopted last year.

Her father is a blessing. Brooke should be on her knees praying every night and day for Denise. It's not to often you find the ex looking after the new wife's children. But, it's a great way to make sure the siblings are together, especially during the holiday season.
