You sounds like you know what you are talking about. How sure are you that it is true?
She said that she and HL were not friends at the time, plus, she hooked up with him because they both went through a divorce together and they found "comfort" in each other.
And HL didn't say anything about it. If that is not true, don't you think HL would said something?
We don't know anything about these people. So it's not good to take sides and/or ASSume.
Whoppi was doing what she get's paid to do....I don't think she did anything wrong or was mean to hear, she was straight forward and point blank...
Yes, we know other reality show have their children on the show...The problem is NOT that Denise Richards has her kids on the show, the problem is that she CONTINUALLY keeps contradicting herself....Her and Charlie Sheen are in a MAJOR bitter custody dispute and throughout each has done MAJOR name calling, and character despersion, and EACH has accuse the other of expoiting their children to the media and the public to gain sympathy with the media....
So Whoopi's line of questioning was basically, if you know this tension is going on, and the kids are ALWAYS at the heart of the conflict, then why would you have the kids on the show...she wasn't disparaging her have a show at all, but was accounting for all fo the background to the story....
Every time you turn around there is something NEGATIVE coming from her or him, and I do agree, it would be in the kids best interest if she did NOT have them on the show.
Kimora is a different story...up until recently her and Russell had an amicable relationship...he even appeared on the show. and was ok with the kids being on the show...Charlie Sheen did not want his girls on the show.
Also, her line of questioniong had nothing to do with her and Heather Locklear...that is another story....to me it just shows that you can't trust everyone, not even someone who professes to be your best friend. Sad.

Heather should be mad at her husband he is the scum. OT but Angelina stole Brad what does that make the two of them? Why are they any better? Double-standards irritate me.
That said I have no interest in watching Denise's show. There are better ways to promote yourself.

I'll probably get flamed, but I agree w/ you. I don't care for her in the slightest bit.
How is this any different than Snoop Dog's reality show, or Rev Run's or Kimora's or The Kardashian's, or so many many others?They all exploit the young children in those shows as well.
Of the 4 celeb reality families you've named, Kimora is the only one separated from her husband but from what we can see, they seem to still work well together both as parents and in business. The rest of those families are in tact.
I think what Whoopie is trying to say to Denise is that for someone going thru such a difficult time in her life with her ex-husband, ex-best friend, ex-best friend's husband and recently deceased mother and yet is ALWAYS talking about "protecting her kids" from the negativity surrounding her, then why put them on a reality show of all things?! I don't believe that the statement Whoopie made was about having your children on a reality show in general. I thought the question was appropriate. I can't stand people who play the victim. If WE all knew what type of man Charlie Sheen was before she married him then SHE sure as hell should've known. I don't feel sorry for her at all. She picked him.
What makes me mad is that I just spend two minutes of my life giving my opinion of Denise Richards who I honestly consider to be 100% irrelevant.

Exactly my thoughts.I don't have personal experience with affairs, people stealing husbands if that is what you are trying to say. I don't know it is true, it is my opinion. It is also the perception. Also your little play on letters is uncalled for. Don't get yourself banned because we are having a healthy discuss about a celebrity. I don't know her and if you do, have her come on the forum and defend herself. I have respected you and if you respond to my comments, do so with respect.
I think HL and DR were friends and DR has a few lightbulbs missing. There is a friend rule. Richie was hands off.
But I agree with OTs, who cares.

No offense, but how do you know she "stole" HL's husband? Were you there? I don't use the tabloids as my source of factual news. At this point what you read is hearsay. What you posted is an opinion, these aren't hard facts. Whether one likes the other reality shows or not, it's no different than having other children filmed for entertainment. You can't call one person out and not the other. It doesn't work that way.
Who cares if we get flamed, everyone is entitled to their opinion(s)
I love how once a thread takes off in one direction with everyone agreeing, you rarely see someone oppose the views. Gd forbid any of us differ in our thoughts. Facts are facts, but sheesh, you throw an opinion out there and you get slimed.
