i think we should blame denise for disloyalty to her friend, not for the disollution of a marriage. richie sambora is responsible for his decision to cheat, and both richie and heather were responsible for keeping their relationship healthy. it's attractive to blame the 'other woman' for everything, but that's just not accurate.

i've been in a similar situation with an SO and my former best friend myself, and when you get a few years to sit back and evaluate the events with some perspective, that's what i've realized. everyone has to play their part.

I saw that Extra episode when they interviewed Denise. I think she was being very sarcastic. I don't think she was even really good friends with Heather Locklear. And they weren't close neighbors like how the media reported it, they lived like 2 blocks away from each other.

Again, putting aside the above who did what with who - a more important issue to me is the fact that Richards continues to comment in front of the kids in such a disrespectful way.
That is unacceptable.
I don't care who did what with who, but she is an adult and should put her fat ego aside and keep her collagen lips shut in front of the kids.

Ms Richards has been denying the fact that the "relationship" started while he was going through his problems with Heather. She's now admitting to what the public's opinion on what happened.

^^ that is so true..she was always saying how they only hooked up after they both were separated & met by chance...and that heather was not her friend at the time and hadn't been for awhile.... someone got caught in a huge lie it appears

I like Denise very much, despite anything. And I think it's really brave of her to admit that in public (don't think that I'm all for homewreckers, but still). I mean are we all so innocent to judge?

I was out for dinner last week, walked right into a woman who stole her best friends husband, she said "Hello" I completely ignored her. My daughter was astonished at my behaviour, my manners are usually impeccable but I said No I will not speak to this lowlife who caused a family so much pain.

Not that I condone cheating but one can't wreck a home that doesn't already have a huge dent in it. One cannot "take" anyone from anyone. The so called person being taken "wanted" to go. It's unfortunate... It's life. It's been going on since the beginning of time and it will continue with new players.
