That happened to me with Banana Republic over the Project Runway dresses, but it didn't turn out in my favor that way! They sent a men's dress shirt in a paper bag instead of 3-4 dresses!

Luckily I brought the shipping box along, it helped verify that this was definitely a mistake on their part (tracking #s matched, box & packing slip). I would have kept them but the person who ordered the shoes, special ordered them for a wedding ! Beverly Hills, Saks made the mistake and knew exactly who the Chanel shoes belong to because the customer (mother of the bride) called and through a hissy fit! ....can't say I blame her, (second time she ordered these shoes) the wedding was in 4 days! So, they did overnight shipping...poor thing.
