I've been very impressed with the knowlege and helpfulness of Andrea Cassandro in Venice, Xavier Delgado in Cannes and Frederic Petit-Hecky at the Paris George V store. I just can't say enough good things about them.

I remember Andrea from my Venice trip, too. So helpful.

Can anyone recommend an SA from the Toronto Hermes? I'm sort of new to H, and always a little nervous going into shops alone.

I think (am not sure) he gave me a set of H tarot cards...

My favorite SA is Daniel at Wall Street. Hehehehee. (He's never found me a single item, nor have I asked him to, but MAN he's good looking).

Another for Daniel at Wall Street. He was VERY helpful and friendly when I went in there last week.

(and yes, he is very easy on the eyes)

I think it was Ryan at the Las Vegas location who helped me a few weeks ago via phone. Extremely friendly, professional and helpful! I couldn't have asked for better service.
