I've been posting to various forums for years and just have them uploaded to my photobucket account and I attach them using the "insert image" (the mountain icon). There are many free smiley sites on the internet that you can use with most forums like this one and you can just follow the instructions on them to attach smilies.

We are finally home.
DH had surgery today (bad knees) so I was up and out early. He is well and hopefully will keep him pain free for a while.
