Oh it's no problem! He said leaner proteins and not much gluten, so I'm doing a braised chicken (can make ahead and bring to reheat), roasted fingerling potatoes and a spinach, corn and roasted pepper salad.
I'm debating bringing cornbread muffins since momma pugs isn't too much of a fan of spice, could cool off her palate?
We have to hop the 2pm ferry, so I guess I should get off the couch. Phooey

Hi everyone!!! Just a quick hello, unfortunately!! Lily...did you notice that we passed the 5,00 mark on the crafty thread again...does this mean we're about to disappear again!?
We're leaving for the airport in a few minutes to pick up our stinky grubby daughter, straight off of plane #2 after over 30 hours of travel from South Africa, so I might not be back on this weekend. Hope you don't all disappear into the crafty ether while I'm gone. Have a great weekend!

I know you're excited about picking up your daughter, stinky or not. Reunions are always wonderful.
Thirty hours on a plane seems unbearable to me, and I guess that's why I've never gone to visit my cousin in South Africa. Getting to Paris is just about my limit.
