Ahh just caved and placed an order at shopurbanbeautybar.com...I was on the site last night and had Stairway to Heaven and Do Ya Think I'm Sexy in my cart and now they're not there anymore! Settled for Billionaire, Stormy Weather, I Love the Nightlife, and Bad Romance.

FYI - I wanted to order some non-fall shades from them (shopurbanbeautybar) over the weekend but because their site wasn't complete I wanted to give them a call just to double check and found out they don't have the fall collection yet! They also don't have all the colors on the site in stock because it's still a work in progress so if you placed an order, there might be a wait! :sad:

There is no way to cancel an order once it has been placed. I emailed the site and asked for an immediate cancellation and refund. That is incredibly uncool. Nowhere does it say there will be a delay in shipping.

That's not cool. If its on sale and they are taking orders they need to have it in stock. Period. That's just common sense. If it was a pre-order it needs to say pre order.

I agree, buejinx. I forgot who I spoke to this morning but it sounded like she wasn't even aware the site was up and running until she saw all the orders and if you check out the site, it's not even complete. She was very apologetic and said she saw a ton of orders and hadn't gotten through them yet.

gga, hopefully they'll be able to cancel your order. She said the fall colors would be in soon but didn't know exactly when.

I ordered two Butter Londons plus the two DLs and I just got an email saying she'll email me tomorrow about back order items and shipping to Aus.

I was under the impression the shipping was free and everything was in stock, so I have emailed back to ask her to cancel and issue a refund. I have every intention of making an order in the future, I'd just prefer it to be all in one go when everything is in stock. Obviously that will work out better for my shipping too.
