Top coat and base coat. A two piece set

I know it's two pieces. It is still awfully high compared to other high-end top/base coat. It sounds really interesting and I don't know of another type of coat that does this other than the gel coat I bought from Sally's. So I just want to see some reviews before I spend what amounts to $24 a bottle.

Julep just came out with a top coat that does the same thing. No base coat, but I think its called the freedom top coat. Its 18.00 by itself but the bottle is a julep sized bottle so its half the sized of a normal bottle.

all of those are minis minus the true blood? amazing! I never knew so many of the polishes came in the new mini glass bottles (which are soooooooo much better than the old ugly mini bottles!)

Ooh...that's a lot of Lippmann polishes. I love how they look all lined up together! DL has one of the prettiest polish bottles!
