Deauville or LV- on the go tote

I have both - canvas for the OTG. I use both, more the LV when it rains.

both are heavy empty though so it’s a struggle to walk around with etc.

i recently thinking of getting the deauville in leather but its not easy to come by is it?i'm thing of the medium. anyone has it and share their thoughts? is it heavy?

It sells out relatively fast and depends on which color you’re looking for because it’s seasonal. The most recent colors are the grey, pink (LGHW) and black with ruthenium hardware from 20P.
I was lucky to find a burgundy from 19B in the boutique in the small size. I should receive it soon and will let you know about weight.

Super worried about the wear on the Chanel now

I have 3 fabric Deauville’s, including this one. I’ve had no issues with wear on any of them and I carry them everywhere.

I have the leather Deauville and I love it. I originally bought the largest one and it was too bulky for me. (And I love big bags!) I got the next size down and it’s surprisingly light. I returned my Empreinte On The Go because it was too heavy.

I just purchased the Deauville in blue, but i'm concerned how the rafia will wear. Does anyone have experience with this material on a Deauville?

I’ve had no issues with my Deauville’s and I carry them everywhere. I carry them with an organizer to help save the structure, and so it doesn’t puddle on the floor when I set it down. The one fabric pull I got, I used a fabric tool to pull it back through and it was good as new.

I have 2 chanel deauville. They lose their structure easily and fall over when i place them on the ground! They look way more elegant and classy though. Its give and take!
