I may be wrong on terminology but in my case I is now charging sales tax for my state, where is wasn’t before.

It’s def sales tax. Supreme court decision reverses previous case that stated unless you had “presence” in state you can’t charge sales tax. Now they are saying that “internet reach” is enough to constitute such “presence” therefore sales tax is fine. Each state essentially has a number that much be reached before this sales tax is charged, but it’s pretty low and eventually everyone will reach it. This is a very very abbreviated version. But this is my understanding, and I of course probably missed some of it.

Oregon doesn't have sales OR use tax, so an online business outside Oregon is not required to collect sales tax in Oregon. However, an online business IN Oregon would have to collect sales tax from buyers in, say, California, and pay that to the state of California.
Back to topic....bag is still stunning and making me reconsider all my chevre bags <3

No one, including the store, could fault you for declining an SO with incorrect specs. This would probably be the No 1 reason to reject.
