I think Billy Bob just comes on to everyone and anyone, and probably sends yucky messages to everyone too.

We mentioned last month that Tea Leoni and David Duchovny were spotted getting all lovey dovey on the Upper East Side while their kiddies trick or treated.
Now, according to new reports, the "exes" plan to move into a new $7.5 million NYC apartment they just bought together late this month.
A 'friend' says, "Right now, they're just keeping things quiet and working on their relationship. They're giving it another go because they really do love each other deeply."
We imagine it would be hard for them to 'work' on their relationship here in LA.
Dave's special tennis instructor still lives in LA, right?

^Yeah, kinda makes me wonder whether the whole "sex addiction" thing was a publicity stunt - it is interesting how the timing of whole thing was around the time that season 2 of Californication started. Hmm.

The divorce went completely under the radar. We've learned it was filed in June and they settled all the terms themselves.
David filed the documents, citing an irretrievable breakdown of the relationship.
Under the terms of the divorce ... David and Tea have joint legal custody of their 2 kids -- ages 15 and 12 -- and she has primary physical custody.
They both live on the Upper West Side of NYC ... so shuttling back and forth won't be too complicated.
He's paying $8,333 a month in child support, plus all other expenses including summer camp, private school and college.
And he's paying $40K a month in spousal support.
The couple married in 1997 and briefly separated in 2008. They separated again in 2011.

I thought they were a great couple till he started being a little douche-y. And Tea' was a great comedienne too. I loved her in that series "The Naked Truth".

That's what attracted her to him in the first place. Then she had flings with other guys and didn't she have alcohol problems for a while? I remember seeing her on talk shows and she seemed tipsy.

I googled and found nothing really. Found no sources saying he had custody or that she's got alcohol issues, just rumor stuff/forums.
Apparently she was on the View once and people thought she was tipsy, not that I could blame her dealing w/ a DH in and out of sex rehab at least twice.

Yes, they both had issues.
However, I see that she got help in order to get custody of the kids.
David does not seem to think that he has a problem anyways.
he is just the average horny douche bag with access and good looks.
