made in france. should be able to confirm by looking at the black leather tab in the main compartment.

some letters between countries will overlap. the US might have a factory with FH and Italy mihgt as well. if it is stamped "made in Italy," it was made in Italy.

Some of those aren't up to date. ML is a French factory, I've seen a few pieces with that factory code.

no. the date code is to tell LV where the bag was made (i.e. which factory), which week and which year. two different style bags could have the same date code because that factory that week was producing those two bags.

I have two Felicie Pochette’s, one is second hand and the other I bought online from Louis Vuitton. They and all the inserts are both identical (apart from one being DE and one mono). The issue I’m having is that the date code on the second hand one is FH2216, indicating it was made in 2026 which is obviously impossible but I am so sure that it isn’t fake. Help!?
