Hi, do you have a date stamp on your '89 petit Noe? I can't find a date stamp and my Noe doesn't have a d-ring either. I also noticed that some of the holes that the cinch cord threads through are placed slightly on the "LV", which I heard was a no-no for real LV bags. So, I thought my bag was a fake. Any thoughts? Thank you.

My DE Speedy was made in USA and has the cloth tag inside. My DA Speedy was made in France and says "LOUIS VUITTON MADE IN FRANCE" on the leather tab. Some of my made in USA bags have cloth tags, some of the more recent ones have leather tags, but all of them pretty much have a tag except for this one. I'm confused? Have they stopped putting those tags in the bags now?

Was this just sewn in wrong or is this just how different factories do things? Just curious why it was like that (both bags made late March 2018) LOVE the bag and it is perfect! Thank you!!!

opps sorry im new here tryning to figure out how to reply. but my PM is made in the US and the stamp is like your sisters. I do not think it was a mishap. My bag was purchased from a cosignment seller who purchased it brand new from the saks.
