Thanks Pink! I do love it, been out all weekend so not had much of a chance to compare it with the others. Think I'm going to get loads of use out of it. Its actually really different to DK which I was pleasently surprised about! How was your graduation? Did you use Blush Ava?
It was amazing! I didn't get to use blush Ava, I used a white bag since my sister ripped the original dress I was going to wear (on accident) so Ava did not match the dress I wore!

I haven't looked at my letters that carefully and I'm now scared too, I don't want to see something that will bug me!! If you've noticed it and it is now all you see, I would see what can be done, especially on a smaller bag where it is more noticeable.
At first glance the letters looked ok but then I noticed a slight crookedness the more I looked at it, but I had to zoom in to see it clearly.

Thanks MKbaglover. Have sent an email to MK CS to see what they can do. Assume I ought to be able to exchange given it available in London as well as Germany. I unwrapped the tissue but left the tag on before I noticed the letters yesterday. Haven't treated or used it so hoping for an exchange as I love it, but all I can see is this crooked L!
I don't see why it couldn't be exchanged if the tags are still on, I'm sure it can be re-tagged or returned to Germany but what makes sense to us does not always translate to business logistics! At least you noticed it straightaway, let us know what happens it will be interesting to see what they say. I hope it gets sorted!
Update on DD Jet Set Crossbody: heard back from MK CS today and they said it looked fine from the photos I supplied!
I responded that, IMO, it was not fine and there was a quality issue with the bag (esp since the stitching on the side is also wonky!). Anyway, they came back and said an exchange maybe facilitated on the grounds that I'd changed my mind... How does that work when I want to keep the same bag?? Anyway, they said I'd need to have the original packaging, tags on the bag and receipt. Not sure if its going to be a prob that the tissue is no longer on the bag. But at least the tag is on there and I have the receipt.
Not sure if I'm just being fussy... But when you've brought a 'luxury' item IMO youre not paying for imperfections. I know things don't stay perfect forever...
Anyway going to London next Sat so think I'll try and exchange it then.
I think the tag being on the bag and the receipt is enough DF! That's what I do when I exchange at Macy's. I have to take off some of the wrapping because that's the only time you can inspect the bag to see if there are any flaws. I did not see the scratch on my cindy and the adhesive on the handles until I took the wrapping off. As long as you have the tag attached and the receipt I am sure you can do an exchange for the exact same bag. I think they were just trying to say that they could not give you a discount for the crooked letters because they did not think it was defective, but you are welcome to exchange it for a brand new one...they should not hold you back from that! When you are paying for a bag especially brand new, then you are entitled to have one that meets your expectations.

Think I'm being a bit of a perfectionist here, as Ubo said, the L is only slightly wonky... But being a TPF lady and working for a luxury brand IRL, I do like things to be perfect to start with!
We shall see what they say in London next week.
Maybe I'll offer to upgrade to a medium selma or a zip top tote?...
