I hate it when they don't get it. They aren't the ones spending their money though, if they were they would probably be more picky! No skin of their nose to replace the bag like for like, they still get their payslip at the end of the day and the company isn't loosing any money....Haha! It was so not cool! I wasn't tempted by anything else this time. They had Blossom Selma and Jet Set but all with GHW. So I spent up in Dune instead as 20% off!!

Wow I would love a shoe and bag room!! I didn't realise they actually said that to you that is awful. Just right buying elsewhere. I tried those sandals today but the colour didn't work against my skin, it made my feet very washed out.I totally agree with both of you. It totally ruins the buying experience when they try to fob you off like that! IMO to tell a paying customer "I don't know what you're making such a fuss over" is just rude. I was thinking about upgrading the jet set to the medium selma in DD but I shall wait for that and buy it in the US in the autumn! So its their loss.
MKbaglover, a Fusia Riley sounds lush! Has it got SHW? Its good to prioritise. I know just what you mean about having plenty of MK at the moment, I can strongly relate. DH is worried I suggested having a shoe and bag room when we move..!
