So looking forward to hearing about this! I trust TPFers pics and opinions so much more!

I walked past a woman carrying one in NYC and stared so obviously, haha! I really wanted to stop her and ask about it but you really don’t do that in New York. But other than that I’ve never seen one…
Hahaha I know exactly how that feels! I saw a woman carrying it at one of the work events I was attending in Singapore, and I STARED SO HARD TOO!:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin: But just couldn't bring myself to ask her about it, because like you said, " you really don't do that in Singapore (NY)"! That said, it is a most gorgeous bag IRL!:heart::heart:

Moda Operandi has the resort trunkshow on right now, with some new colours and styles. :)

I'm kind of smitten by this blue variation of the Johnny.

Looking for feedback from anyone who owns a Phoebe (regular size):
-does it work crossbody? Most pictures show it worn on the shoulder, not crossbody
-is it lightweight? Functional?
-anything else I should know?
Thanks!

I have always loved their designs from the first collection! So in love with the Lorna!
I once saw it at a local retailer and almost bought it, but I was quite disappointed when I realised that it was made in China. Checked online and their webpage says nothing about it, and the only information that I've seen on places like Moda Operandi or Net a Porter is "imported"... :confused1: Does anyone know where are they made?

I'm sure you could email and ask! Not all factories in China equate to poor construction, just like not all factories made in Italy mean that workers are skilled and treated fairly (there's been some articles written about this lately). If you really like the bag, I would email and ask them about their manufacturing/ethical process, and then I would judge the quality with my own eyes and hands. Good luck and let us know if you find out more details!
