I don't think it's old lady at all. I have the Damier large backpack with dark leather trim/handle/straps and I love it. Now I'm older than most of you here, but don't feel that old.:laugh: The epis are really beautiful, though. I have 2 of them. Just love the Vuittons.

I received an invite to a cocktail party at the Paramus, NJ LV Store to view the new line, unfortunately I can't go, but maybe there will be hint on the damier speedy. Sometimes they like to keep these things under wraps until the official unvailing.

another followup.. i contacted lv's customer support line to verify if they were gonna make the speedy a permanent in the damier line.. the answer is... YES! it is due out around MARCH or APRIL of '06! can't wait! also, for the pricing.. the lady said it will most likely be the same as the pricing for a monogram speedy

i'd have to see this in person, dunno if i would like it or not. but i agree it would probably look better than the current monogram speedy. if anyone gets one, i wanna see pics.

If it's going to cost about the same as the monogram speedy 25 then I will be soooo happy! If you special order the damier speedy, it'll be a bit over $600 so I'm going to wait for it to become a permanent line then. Horray!!! :nuts:

They won't let you do special orders for the bag anymore.. I had to ask this also. hehe. :p

someone at the fashion spot ordered the damier speedy. can't remember who it was, but i saved the pics because i loved it so much.
