Damier or mono Speedy?

i was doing this last night! deciding between the two. it took me forever back and forth.. i went in there thinking damier (they had gotten them in that day) and i held both and for me it has to be automatic that i love the bag or else i know i will regret it... and it was mono for sure.... my grandmother and mother both carried it and i have always wanted one. it will never die and looks PERFECT with everything. i think i will get a larger damier bag for my next purchase... i love mixing the patterns.

I am very casual as well and I am still into tee w/logos on them like the JUnk Food tees.:shame: And I wear jeans and gauchos with sandals all the time this summer. If you are as casual as I am I would go mono b/c it goes with everything.
But if you wear solid color tees and jeans I think the damier would work too. I love the damier b/c you don't have to worry about the vachetta but can be casual too but depends on what you pick to wear.

wow thank you all I really think it will be the mono; I did tell him he should buy me both and he gave me that look-DH spoils me rotten but doesn't get the whole LV concept he thinks any bag over $100 is nuts and when I got my baggy GM I used my pension money-it was my personal "gold watch" so to speak...I want to get accessories too I dont mind so much using my green Maxx NY wallet with my denim bag but with the mono I want things to match. I have 2 LV boutiques near me-Worth Ave and the Gardens Mall-this will def be purchased on Worth Ave-the Baggy GM came from eluxury because I couldnt decide what style I wanted but I tried a bunch on and I gotta say I thought the mono Speedy looked really classy and cool but I love denim so much and seeing that I recently "retired" I wanted something anti-corporate.
Is getting both out of the question??

MONO was my first speedy but i just have to see that the DAMIER SPEEDY IS ABSOLUTELY GORG! i just got mine today and its so nice and classy. i love it! i immediately switched out everything in my mono 30 to it. i also have the speedy mono 25.
