She cannot guarantee any of those things. But it is water resistant, you can carry heavy stuff in it (but can expect wear) and if you wash it in a washing machine you can prepare for blistering - handwash it!

1. It's probably not completely waterproof, but I've carried mine in heavy downpours. My stuff has been fine and dry.

2. I used mine for almost two years everyday as my school bag and I carried books, folders, etc. in there all the time. I don't think you can carry a laptop in there though. I tried carrying my Macbook Pro 15" in there and it was way too heavy for the bag, especially since I had books, etc. in there too. I recommend the Planetes tote for heavier items.

3. People have washed their bags in washing machines and their bags have been fine. I personally just spot clean or hand wash my bag.

Phew.. Thanks, it makes me feel better. I do wish they have the option to include a strap for the customised bags. I will pay through my nose for those...

Blistering was only a problem during one season of production over five years ago. Current bags should be fine.

I am thinking of doing that...but wonder how it would look in real life since I am sure if you don't like it you can't return it
