Rebecca Minkoff sent the wrong guitar strap. I called and they answered on the second ring. The rep said she knew for a fact they had problems with mislabeling the black/ antique brass eyelet strap at the warehouse. She sent me a return label and reordered for me. She was very nice and the experience was pleasant.

My correct strap arrived today. IT IS PERFECT A MATCH!!! I am extremely happy and excited to try it out tomorrow. I’ve been waiting on it to move back into my Jett Boxy Crossbody… pics tonite when I get home at midnite

comfy and very lightweight as opposed to other chain straps I’ve handled. Non adjustable. Love it.
