My phone won't let me paste the link but if you go to the Givenchy forum at the top hit "Givenchy reference library" and there is a sticky for caring for the bag. The thread for caring for SL bags is in a sticky on the first page of the forum, not in the reference library. Hope this helps.

Thanks so much for all the advice, guys!
I finally have my first two babies and I looooove them. I feel like I've made the right choices.

:woot: I've already tried them on, and I think they look okay on me, with how small I am..

OMG! I've been following this thread though I had nothing to contribute. Just wanted to say your choices are SUPERB!!!! What an enviable way to start a collection! BRAVA!!!! I just LOVE the color choices. Very, very smart! They both look great on you. So classy. I think the size is just fine with your silhouette as well. I love them both. Love, love, love!!!

Thank you so much! :) they were just the first two bags that came in the category I found and liked. Structured and classic.
I'm glad you like the colors! I wanted to keep them versatile.
I was worried the bags would overwhelm me but I'm relieved to hear that!

OP, I love my Antigona- mine is a Small tho (I originally got Medium but it was way too big on my frame.) I didn't "get" SDJ when it first came out, but it's def grown on me! IMO younger, edgier style would work better w/ Antigona whereas more formal style would w/ SDJ. Both are beautiful bags & you can't go wrong! Try them on and go with what sings to you.

At first I wasn't feeling like I "get" the SDJ either. But lately I've been getting crazy about them. I want one to use as a work briefcase in the WORST way. But the industry I'm in (construction) is so informal it would be silly. I keep trying to rationalize ways it would be acceptable though! I must admit, this thread has only encouraged my idiocy. :nuts:

BTW, OP I was curious if your father likes your bags now that you have them....
