I did call after seeing your post (before I posted my post today) but no luck but I'll try calling again tomorrow. The CS person I talked to told me there was no wait list and the best way was to keep checking online. Maybe if I just call and speak to the right person! Thank you

Picked up my game on bandeau today! Omg it’s so beautiful! I’m so glad to get this item to mark the collection! And my first LV bandeau! Not sure when I will it yet but I love it! Pity the store didn’t have game on packaging and bags..

Thats so annoying , I get so annoyed with LV when you read that we are not all being given the same service .
I would also do the message service that I did as well as calling them.
I call LV to try and find the palm spring pm reverse (in UK) as you can never find it. She said she took my name and would contact me when the bag became available ( never made an order form) the next morning I saw it online in the early hours to my surprise and quickly placed the order. It was fresh off the production line from the date code made that week. The CS must have never made the order for me. I was glad I was awake at a stupid hour to get the bag otherwise I would have still been waiting.
That shows you depending on who we went will depend on the service.

oh wait are you in the UK? It seems like maybe there is a waitlist for the heart bag in the UK but maybe not the US?

Also maybe as we are in another lockdown like other countries maybe the limit for the bay may have not been reacted ??
Just went to the store and asked about the bandeau. I was the second one in line but it sold to the first person in line. Thankfully they were able to order one for me. I asked about a wait list for the heart bag but they said it was all sold out and there wasn't a wait list. Honestly I don't work with a SA and this one I wasn't really comfortable with so who knows. Hopefully the bandeau order goes through!
I know this is an unpopular opinion but I kind of like that this collection was so limited, a true limited edition release. And I'm glad that most, most of the items went to true collectors/loyal longtime LV clients. I know FP always gets some reseller stock, but I've just checked now and it seems like they're not saturated like with the other LE releases. Comes to show that these pieces were sold to customers who really wanted them for their collection vs. for resell.
Pieces are being sold on eBay and so resellers are profiting once again preventing genuine clients getting their hands on items. Luckily some of us have preordered but others were hoping for the website to be stocked especially as stores are closed in the UK due to another national lockdown. Since the launch date on the 6th Nov, LV have made virtually nothing available except for a handful of pieces and RTW.
There are a billion for sale on Facebook right now. Literally as soon as they were released the Facebook groups exploded with posts. Some of them are not much above retail, I think people preordered whatever they could from this collection and then sold all but 1 or 2.
Since the collection has only been out for a little over a week, I feel like it's still too early to tell what inventory fell into the hands of resellers vs collectors. Per nicole0612, it seems like a lot of inventory hit independent resellers (private groups, facebook); then we see more items on eBay/PM/Tradesy; it takes 1-3 weeks for consignment sites to processes listings, so I have a feeling more items will pop up on FP, TRR, Yoogi's in the coming weeks.
It bares repeating, but if you're fortunate enough to be close to multiple boutiques, do keep an eye on each store's physical inventory as stores in NY really are receiving restocks and/or returns daily.
