I’m so jealous of everybody who got to order several pieces. You guys must have some serious buying history to have gotten on the waitlists! I’d love to see your collections!

I wanted several pieces but was told there was no pre-ordering/waitlisting. Oh well, I’ve got a Vivienne pendant on the way, I suppose I should enjoy that and just let this collection go. Use it as an excuse to finally order the flower trunk lol.

I’m in the UK and was waitlisted on Monday for the cardholder. In the past I’ve been waitlisted for the Cloud PO, Xmas bag charm and preordered a bandouliere strap all through customer services. I don’t have a large purchase history only started purchasing LV online in February. I‘ve been lucky that the various CS agents I’ve spoken to have been extremely helpful. It’s not always that way as in my experience it depends on who you get on the other end of the phone. I’m not sure where you’re located so maybe it depends on the country and the pieces you’re after in terms of been added to waitlists or preordering.

Get both to see which you prefer- I have considered the Vanity PM multiple times but have not pulled the trigger for the following reasons:

Strap is a woven chain which is a bit heavy and not long enough to be comfortable crossbody (I am 5'8" and average build)
I am not crazy about opening this daily use handbag like a train case
The top sag when it is held by the handle

This is just me- I know it is incredibly popular and adorable. I love the clochette. But these were my reasons for passing on both the black and the white GO Vanity PM.

Thank you for your feedback. I have those same concerns about the vanity but it is so darn cute and the size might be better for this print. Too bad LV didn’t make a nano speedy in the game on print. It would be perfect!

I had a dream last night that I checked a few stores in person for the heart bag, where they were all sold out as anticipated. Then I went to a LV McDonald’s location (like LV Nordstrom/Saks?) and they had a mesh bin by the cash register with one each of Game On pieces for sale. I saw the heart bag and said I would take it! The shop employee grabbed a bag that was like the heart bag but larger, softer and rounded off on the bottom (like a Coeur Souple!) and I was like, “No, No, the other one!” and so I purchased the heart bag at McDonald’s
So funny that this collection had invaded my dreams!

It is more traditional and much easier to open, the vanity is in a hot phase and I do see many video complaints about difficulty opening and how it hangs weirdly from the chain. It doesn't seem practical or user-friendly, but more of a nice collectible piece.

I feel the exact same way. I wonder if the print would look too much on the speedy since it is “bigger”. I watched melinmelbourne’s YouTube video and the neverfull looked really cute on her and that’s an even bigger bag.

Yes- I will not be happy if my pre-order for the 2021 Cruise collection heart bag is cancelled. But I try to keep perspective- this is just "stuff"- I am not going to jump off a cliff if it is not fulfilled or delayed. There will always be new items to tempt. And yes- it does tie up money on my cc which is not desirable.

To date, I have had very good luck pre-ordering just a very few items- the petit Sac Plat and 3 xmas mini pochettes via an online SA. Everything was fulfilled on time and shipped overnight as a courtesy. Absolutely no complaints. But I have heard about disappointments esp. with the Jungle collection- that was a major disaster.

Expectation management is a great suggestion when it comes to LV but also other luxury brands- Hermes is notorious for keeping people waiting for years in some cases for bag orders (B's and K's).

My experience in the UK was this: early last week most of the pieces were all available online as a 'Call to purchase' so I did but the usual unhelpful CA said 'sorry all sold out, not sure if they will come back, but keep refreshing as there may be some returns!'. Ugh.

Due to the lockdown now in the UK I was reluctant to contact my usual CA, but I did and they said yes we have it, you can purchase it now (this was Thu), now my white Neverfull is being delivered on Tue.

But I also checked online on Friday to see what was happening and the Neverfull was available to buy online. I really do not like the way the online CAs 'treat' customers, sometimes it feels like they just instantly dismiss your interest without even checking the inventory.

Is it just me, or does it seem like this collection is way more limited than others? I was able to get several items from the escale collection online. But for game on, I haven’t seen anything ATB since the initial release on nov. 6th. Will some items be restocked? Just curious if this collection is more limited.
